LEGAL NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

LINCOLN COUNTY, NEW MEXICO

PROJECT NAME: LINCOLN COUNTY COURTHOUSE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS NIGP COMMODITY CODE# 91347

BID NUMBER: IFB 22-23-3

Due to current health concerns and changing environment impacted by COVID-19, Electronic Bids will be accepted for this project on behalf of the County of Lincoln. Bids must be received with a time stamp until Tuesday, March 21, 2023 no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time).

 Complete set of Electronic Bids in PDF format must be submitted via email to DRoybal@pettigrew.us with the Subject clearly marked as: "SEALED BID ENCLOSED" IFB 22- 23-3 LINCOLN COUNTY COURTHOUSE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. Files larger than 30MB must be separated into separate messages.

Bid Opening shall be conducted via Teleconference. Bidders are requested to submit their contact information and email to DRoybal@pettigrew.us with no later than 24 hours before the bid opening to receive an invitation.

The Bids received will be considered by the Lincoln County Commission at its next regular meeting or at a special meeting as may be required. Bidders will be deemed non-responsive if the Bids are received after the bid date.

Complete set of the Bidding documents may be obtained electronically upon request. Send your request, contact information for plan holder list and email to: DRoybal@pettigrew.us and copy (cc) to: RZalmanek@pettigrew.us Bidding documents may also be downloaded from the Lincoln County website at www.lincolncountynm.gov/purchasing.

Pre-bid conference will be held remotely on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (local time). Attendance is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Submit your questions via email until Wednesday, March 15, 2023 no later than 5:00 p.m. (local time).

In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, the County of Lincoln reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous thereof, or to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
