The County of Lincoln, New Mexico (owner) will receive sealed bid proposals on forms prepared by Wilson and Company, Inc., E&A for the Construction On-Call Contract at the Lincoln County Building at 300 Central Avenue (Manager's or Purchasing offices), Carrizozo, NM 88301 until 10:00 AM (local time) on February 16, 2023.  Bids received after this time will not be eligible and will not be opened.

It is the intent of the owner to award up to two contactors for a multi-term contract for one year with the option to renew for an additional 2 years, pursuant to New Mexico Statutes Annotated Chapter 13 Section 13-1-154.1.  Individual purchase orders may be issued by the Owner to the awarded contractor(s) to perform specific scopes of work in accordance with the bidding and contract documents throughout the duration of the on-call contract.

Bidder Requirements:
  A.    Bidders must possess appropriate and current contracting license at the time of bid open as regulated by Construction            Industries Division, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87505; Phone: (505) 476-4700
  B.    Resident/Veterans bidder’s preference are eligible.

Non-Mandatory Pre- Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held on February 9, 2023, at 10:00 am, located at the Lincoln County Building, 300 Central Avenue Room (Commission Chambers), Carrizozo, NM 88301.

How to obtain Bid Documents:

Electronic Portable Document Format (pdf) bidding documents may be viewed or downloaded via Consultant’s online Plan Room at at no charge.  Contractors, Subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download bidding documents. 

Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements defined within the contract documents and project manual.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
